I believe that long-term positive change comes from within you. I am passionate about affirming the experiences of the LGBTQIA+ community, and I'm dedicated to fostering healing, growth, and self-compassion in the work we do together. I strive to provide a safe and inclusive space where your unique culture, identity, and worldview are considered and validated. My goal is to empower my clients to navigate life's complexities and build the skills needed to live healthier, happier lives.
