Clinical Intern

Utilizing tailored treatment strategies, I aspire to empower each of my clients on a personal level, fostering a sense of control over their lives. Currently pursuing my Master's in Counseling through the Seattle School of Counseling at Antioch University, I bring a commitment to individualized care and growth.

In my therapeutic practice, I integrate a diverse range of present-centered theories, with unconditional positive regard serving as the cornerstone of my approach. I firmly believe in the inherent strength and power within each individual. Recognizing the importance of having a supportive ally, I am dedicated to collaborating with you. Employing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based techniques, I aim to customize your care to suit your unique needs.

My background includes hands-on experience in crisis counseling and assisting individuals navigating significant life changes. Beyond my professional pursuits, I find joy in nurturing plants, exploring nature through hiking, and actively participating in social justice gatherings and protests. As a passionate advocate, I stand firmly in support of the LGBTQIA+, chronic pain, and disabled communities.

I look forward to the opportunity to work together, providing you with compassionate and personalized support on your journey toward well-being and self-discovery.
