Psychoeducation &  Support Group for moms who are pregnant or postpartum (up to 24 months after birth)
 

Every other Monday  from 10:30 am to 11:30 am (Starting Sep 23rd)

Empowering mothers with knowledge, resilience, and a sense of community as they navigate the joys and challenges of the postpartum period.  

Our Mommy and Me Support Group is dedicated to fostering mental wellness, providing psychoeducation, and nurturing the bonds between mothers and their little ones.  Our goal is to provide a safe space for moms to grow and gain valuable skills to manage mental wellness . We delve into crucial topics such as postpartum mental health, self-care, physical wellness and coping strategies, as well as practical tools. Our group offers a unique opportunity to embark on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and shared experiences.

Babies are welcome! 

This is a continuous group. Insurance does cover this service but you may be subject to paying for a copay. It is FREE if you have state insurance.  Our cash rate is $25 per drop in. 

Mommy & Me Postpartum Group

(In-person only)

Sessions take place every other Monday at 10:30 am

Group Fee

State insurance covers this service at 100%. Private insurance may be subject to a copay. We will check your benefits and let you know.

Let us know when you plan on coming. If you are planning on coming to multiple sessions, choose the first one and then we will schedule you for the rest. Please keep an eye out for a message from our client portal. This is where you will sign consent forms and input insurance info (if you opt to use insurance).
